About The Game

RAM Random Access Mayhem is a unique top-down roguelike shooter developed by Xylem Studios. Set in a post-apocalyptic world in 2120, you play as a disembodied AI traversing procedurally generated levels filled with bizarre robots. The game features eight different enemy types, each with their own playstyle and upgradable arsenal. As you swap between them, you must strategically plan your moves, dispose of your current body, and pit enemies against each other to effectively clear out rooms.

The game combines frantic shooter action with puzzle elements, challenging players to conserve energy by constantly switching hosts and performing stylish kills. Points earned serve as in-game currency, which can be used to unlock upgrades that enhance each host's abilities. With innovative gameplay mechanics and encounters with eccentric mechanical societies, RAM offers a new take on the roguelike shooter genre.
