About The Game

Veterum is a turn-based tactical strategy game with RPG elements, in which success directly depends on a multitude of interconnected factors. The detailed combat system forces players to consider not only the relative positioning of their units but also parameters such as morale, accumulated fatigue, the direction of their gaze, and even the light level of each tile. The environment is fully interactive: players can build barricades, dig trenches, or freeze rivers to create crossings. Before the battle begins, players can use one-use scrolls to summon rain, poison enemies, or build a catapult.

Journeys take place in an open world, where the story campaign combines with randomly generated quests and events, ensuring each playthrough is unique. Unit development includes improving stats, learning active and passive skills, and equipping them with rare artifacts. A deep difficulty adjustment system allows you to adjust not only the overall level of challenge but also individual parameters, including hit chance and the number of rewards received. For creative individuals, a map and unit editor is available.
