About The Game

Terrafactor is a simulator developed by randy in which you have a single task: feed the Hole. You'll begin by manually harvesting resources from the land, then gradually build machines and automation systems to take over this work as you progress through various technological eras. The game's unique twist is that you must construct an entire megafactory within a single 1x1 cube, which expands infinitely inward through spatial sub-dimensions, creating a dizzying factory layout filled with the chaos of conveyor belts.

The game features over 50 craftable items and buildings, spread across two distinct biomes, each offering unique automation puzzles to solve. Progress is determined by a tech tree that unlocks increasingly advanced technologies, all of which ultimately feed into the Hole. Survival elements come into play at night, when enemies appear, forcing you to either build defensive structures or fight using varying levels of tools and weapons. The combat system adds tension to your factory building operations, requiring you to balance expanding automation with base defense. Your ultimate goal is to complete a massive crafting recipe at the end of the game, pushing your automated production systems to the limit within the game's innovative spatial cube mechanics.
