Update v1.09 by CODEX for PC game NBA 2K20 — the continuation of one of the best series in the genre of a basketball simulator, a game in which you are waiting for new modes, updated graphics, advanced management and much more. And the first thing to do would be to say that, if you believe the words of the developers, the new game will take the whole series to a whole new level. And it’s not just about the gameplay, but most importantly, about the schedule. Now you are waiting for even more realistic basketball characters, recreated in the smallest details of the arena, stands filled with spectators screaming with all their might, advanced animation of the basketball players themselves, and realism of an incredibly high level.

Particular attention this time was paid to players who are under the control of artificial intelligence. Now the AI has been refined to the ideal, and according to the developers, the player will immediately be able to appreciate it. Now the player will not just run in anticipation of a pass, but also act, try to deceive, open up, and if necessary, block the players of a competing team. Separately, it would be worth talking about management. Unfortunately, at the moment there is not a lot of information about how the new management system will look like in the new game, but now it’s known that the developers decided to give players more freedom, added a lot of new functions and features, and detailed some processes. For example, it concerns the buying and selling of players, sponsored mechanics, and training.

There was also a lot of attention paid to other mechanics. For example, in NBA 2K20, the players' fight for the ball will be displayed as realistically as possible. Both the rebound mechanics with interceptions and the defense mechanics in a six-meter field were reworked, and the ball control level increased. In general, the game has changed, and to all appearances, in the new part you will have to wait not just for a basketball game, but for a real, realistic simulation.

• Hot Zones are now properly reflected in both The Rec and Neighborhood games.
• The appearance of the ninja-style headbands seen on many players has been updated to reflect their new look for the 2019-20 NBA season.
• The proper amount of boosts are now consumed upon completion of a MyPLAYER Nation game.
• MyTEAM users can once again quickly sub in their bench lineups in one action.
• When two players form a Duo in MyTEAM, their badge upgrades are now visible on the player card when viewed in the Lineups menu outside of gameplay.

Update v1.08:

• Improved performance for PS4 Pro users.
• Improvements to the MyPLAYER Nation feature in MyCAREER. Help lead your team to the title!
• Fixed an issue that would sometimes prevent users from joining their friends in the Neighborhood, and/or would sometimes load the invited friend into the wrong location.
• Many, many more fixes included to improve the overall experience of NBA 2K20.
