Moonlight is a visual novel set in a sci-fi setting, casting the player as detective Alex. Driven by a personal tragedy, the protagonist undertakes a seemingly routine investigation. However, this routine investigation gradually unravels into a massive conspiracy centered on the eponymous artificial intelligence platform. Assisting the protagonist in unraveling this web of intrigue is his partner, Jack. Decisions made throughout the game directly influence the nonlinear narrative, defining the player's circle of trust and methods for achieving justice.
