Robert, who is deeply bereaved after his wife Joanne leaves, seeks peace and solitude in a distant place, becoming a caretaker of abandoned houses during the cold season. However, the approach of a powerful storm forces him to guard the last house on the hilltop. During his service, strange events and unexplained phenomena begin to occur, and a mysterious figure appears, seemingly connected to this place. As Robert travels through the house and examines various objects and clues, he begins to realize that a sinister presence lurks within the house, leading to a series of disturbing events during his stay there as he struggles to unravel the mystery of the house’s past occupants.
