Dark Moon is a project where you take on the role of a member of the Engineering Council, who is tasked with overseeing the construction of a mining system on the Moon. However, a massive solar storm hits Earth, causing all electronics to fail, leaving you stranded. With the main communication relay on the Moon destroyed, you are forced to survive alone. The gameplay revolves around survival and strategy. You must collect resources to upgrade your mobile base, make difficult moral decisions, and avoid the deadly rays of the Sun.

Stepping into the light will result in instant death, so you must plan your actions carefully and use the darkness to your advantage. As you progress, you will encounter various characters, including council members and other survivors. You will also come across various items and weapons that will help you survive. The world of Dark Moon is set on the Moon and is a desolate, dangerous place. The game mechanics involve collecting resources, upgrading a mobile base, and making difficult moral decisions. The game also features various modes, such as single-player and multiplayer. In this challenging survival game, the stakes are high and the decisions you make can mean the difference between life and death.
