These are local rebels who are part of the Nightfall group.

It remains only to tune in and take control of one of the main characters, who will be part of this rebel group. He decided to unite with other such rebels, so now they have a powerful team that will confront the zed monsters. You will have to earn money, learn new skills, create unique weapons to take out this entire crazy army of monsters.
