MR FARMBOY is a game about agricultural development and process management. Here you will have to establish a farm, responsible for planting, watering and harvesting various crops. To do this, the player will need to build special buildings, such as chicken coops and barns for keeping livestock. The goal is to create a functioning settlement that attracts new residents to populate the land.

As the farm expands, the management systems in MR FARMBOY become more complex. The key mechanic is the ability to hire staff to perform operational tasks. You can distribute specific roles, hiring farmers for cultivation, pickers for harvesting and carriers for transport logistics. This system allows you to automate the production chain from sowing seeds to moving finished products. The player's focus shifts from manual labor to strategic supervision and optimization of these processes, coordinating personnel to increase production.

The economic model is based on selling manufactured goods directly to settlers who have settled near the farmland. Additional infrastructure must be built to facilitate commerce and growth. This includes creating markets to serve as points of sale and bridges to open up new territories for development. The flow of resources and products must be managed to meet the needs of the local population. Strategic planning is required to balance expansion, production, and the logistics network that supports all activities.
