Gorilla Vs 100 Men features a scenario in which a single primate fights a crowd of humans in a third-person, 3D environment. The gameplay is a brawl based on direct physical contact, with the player's character punching and smashing enemies that constantly attack. Every push or collision is subject to ragdoll physics, creating unpredictable situations during the constant fight. There are no waves of enemies or breaks between their appearance; the action is a continuous test of endurance.

Gorilla Vs 100 Men offers two main objectives. In the challenge mode, you must defeat exactly 100 opponents to win, while in the endless mode, the goal is to survive as long as possible against an endless onslaught. To control the environment, the ape can perform special moves in addition to standard attacks. Hitting yourself in the chest creates a shockwave that forces all nearby enemies to retreat, freeing up temporary space.

Another ability allows the gorilla to fire a charge from its back, which scatters all people behind it across the entire location. Before the battle, you can customize the appearance of your primate. Appearance settings include a choice of ready-made costumes, such as a gorilla in a tank top or another, with a gold chain and purple pants. Additional cosmetic options allow you to change the color of the character's fur and skin, which provides a unique look for each session.
