HorrorToleranceTest tests the gamer's abilities, assessing their judgment, memory, and observation skills. The results of this assessment directly determine the difficulty of the upcoming tests. The key task of this game is to diagnose resistance to 3 specific types of fear: sudden frightening moments, the need to hide, and escape situations. The system adapts the intensity of what is happening to the measured skills, providing an assessment of reactions under stressful conditions.

The first test in HorrorToleranceTest takes place in a mansion and is based on surprise, and its goal is to drive out the lurking ghosts for subsequent rescue. Then the action moves to a hospital captured by hostile life forms. Here, survival depends on the ability to hide and move unnoticed in search of a way out of the building. The final stage unfolds in a school, forcing the player to overcome materialized nightmares in order to achieve the final goal.

All episodes take 40-60 minutes to complete. Content creators can broadcast and monetize their videos through advertising revenue. The rules prohibit the publication of materials that violate public order or contain discriminatory statements.
