Type-NOISE Shonen Shojo opens in a familiar, yet altered, version of Tokyo, where six teenagers with amnesia gather. Trapped within the city, they are forced to navigate bizarre labyrinths in search of a way out. The only way forward is to recover their lost memories, unlocking sealed pages of the past. The main goal is not simply to escape physical captivity, but to reconnect with their true selves, forgotten for a compelling reason.

Progressing through the story of Type-NOISE Shonen Shojo occurs through solving numerous point-and-click puzzles. Players will face over 40 diverse challenges, from finding cause-and-effect relationships to complex logic problems. Some situations escalate into legal debates, requiring the development of arguments and the presentation of evidence. All these obstacles are seamlessly woven into the narrative, forcing players to constantly analyze the situation and gather evidence.
