About The Game
WILL Follow The Light asks a heavy question. What would you need to resolve before you could let go. This 2026 adventure mature puzzle game from TomorrowHead Studio follows a character known only as Will, who has died but cannot move on. The light is always visible but never close. Between you and it stand the people you failed, the words you never said, and the apologies you never made. Each puzzle is a conversation with your own past. A childhood friend waits by a swing set. A parent stands behind a half closed door. A lover sits at a dinner table set for two. You cannot fight them. You can only understand.
The latest version adds a journal that fills with your character handwriting as you progress, showing their thoughts evolving. Adventure includes hidden memories that are optional but add context, such as a voicemail saved for years or a letter never sent. Mature content deals with real human pain, including grief, betrayal, and chronic illness, but always with sensitivity and a trigger warning menu. Puzzle solutions often involve choosing compassion over being right, or accepting blame that is not yours to carry. The game has no fail states. You can revisit areas and retry puzzles by approaching them from a different emotional angle. The art style uses charcoal sketches that gain color as you heal.
