About The Game

FROGGY HATES SNOW is a survival roguelike about a frog trapped in a merciless icy wasteland, where every exit from home becomes a perilous expedition. The cold saps your strength, traps and monsters lurk beneath the snow, and the path to salvation lies either in searching for an escape door or facing the final boss. Each run begins in the warmth of a shelter and ends with either returning with loot or freezing to death in the snowdrifts. Gameplay revolves around digging and moving through interactive snow layers. The frog tunnels with his hands, shovels, flamethrowers, and even explosives, uncovering treasures, enemies, and keys.

Staying out in the cold for too long results in freezing, so it's important to manage time wisely and return home to conserve resources. Each map features its own boss and a set of unique hazards. Keys can be used to open exits or spent on chests with power ups. Upgrades speed up digging, increase cold resistance, and unlock new tools, including skis and allies to help you survive in anomalous zones.
