HUNTDOWN OVERTIME is a roguelite prequel developed by Easy Trigger Games that follows bounty hunter John Sawyer's transformation into a cybernetic legend. In a lawless world ruled by violent gangs, you'll blast through neon-drenched streets and wastelands in dynamic run and-gun combat inspired by VHS era action films. The core gameplay loop revolves around collecting bounties, dying, and returning stronger each death sends you back to Tonys operating table for cybernetic reconstruction. Between playthroughs, you'll unlock permanent upgrades from enhanced limbs to experimental combat modifications creating hundreds of combinations that will change Sawyers fighting style.

The arsenal includes firearms, melee weapons, and tactical gear, with options ranging from heavy duty attacks to downing opponents with a cryo-enhanced electric baton. Each run generates new paths through increasingly dangerous gang territory, allowing you to adapt your tactics and accumulate earnings for constant upgrades.
