About The Game
Astral Ascent Arven the Wolf Blade asks what happens when a swordsman shares his soul with a predator. This 2026 hack and slash anime action expansion from Hibernian Workshop adds a ferocious new hero to the zodiac prison. Arven fights with a cursed blade that howls when he draws blood. His gameplay emphasizes hit and run tactics, leaping between enemies and leaving behind spectral wolf images that explode after a delay. The latest version includes a new endless arena mode where you test Arven skills against increasingly difficult waves of celestial beasts.
Action combat is faster than the base characters, rewarding precise spacing and counter attacks. Anime visuals feature flowing scarf physics and particle effects for each slash. Hack and slash progression unlocks new combos, a howling dash that passes through enemies, and a howl that buffs nearby allies in co op mode.
