He Followed Me is an episodic psychological horror game based on true events and focusing on the life of an ordinary pizzeria worker. The protagonist's routine, including shopping trips and meetings with friends, turns into a nightmare after a mundane verbal altercation at the office. From that moment on, the protagonist begins to notice the same vehicle appearing in various locations around the city. The car follows the man near restaurants, markets, and even waits in front of a residential building at night. Suspense is heightened through the environment, where familiar locations begin to evoke a sense of increasing anxiety. Everyday reality transforms into a space of paranoia, forcing players to question the safety of every step.

The exploration mechanics in He Followed Me are closely intertwined with social interaction, allowing players to communicate with others and receive text notifications on their mobile device. The technical execution relies on photorealistic visuals, complemented by a distinctive stylization reminiscent of old VHS tapes.
