A simplified, top-down race visualization shifts the focus to tactical planning and detailed car setup. Team Principal: A Racing Manager features a multi-stage talent development system through its own academy, allowing young drivers to progress in junior series. The simulation's realism is enhanced by taking into account asphalt temperature, air pollution, and mechanical fatigue, while the unpredictability of the competitive environment is guaranteed by:
