Slice of Sea — is a point-and-click adventure game created by Mateusz Skutnik, a Polish comic book creator and independent developer responsible for many browser games such as Submachine. As with previous games from this creator, Slice of Sea allows us to explore a 2D world and solve puzzles. The game plot is quite simple and minimalistic. The protagonist of the game is Seaweed, a sea creature that, as a result of an unfortunate coincidence, ends up on land far from its native sea.

The player task is to explore the abandoned city in which the game takes place and return the Seaweed home. In terms of gameplay, Slice of Sea is a classic point-and-click game. We observe the action from the side in the form of two-dimensional boards. By controlling the actions of Seaweed, the player will have to travel through the desert world of the game, find items and solve environmental puzzles. Collected items can be stored in your inventory and then used during puzzles, opening new locations.
