The Coma 2 Vicious Sisters is an adventure survival horror game. After downloading the game through a torrent, we take on the role of a young girl who wakes up at night in an abandoned school and realizes that she is hunted by a killer who reminds her of a teacher. The game was developed and released by the Korean independent studio Devespresso Games the authors of the first part, as well as the role-playing RPG called Vambrace Cold Soul.

We play the role of Mina Park — a student of Sehva High School, who wakes up one night at school, not knowing why she is there. The girl quickly realizes that something is wrong, and she is hunted by a dangerous psychopath, strangely similar to a famous teacher. The game basically consists in exploring the available locations (we move around the school and the neighboring district of Sekhva), talking with characters, solving puzzles and opening the plot.

During the game it is very important to hide — death comes easily, so the heroine can not reveal her position. Mina also faces problems that can lead to permanent damage. To survive, we need to be smart, and we need objects. The game has a crafting system that allows you to create the necessary things from the parts you found so that you can prepare for various situations. New tools can also allow us to reach places that were previously inaccessible; the game is a bit like a production related to the metroidvania subgenre.
