Adventures in Hell is Others are filled with atmospheric exploration in a top-down shooter style. The game has roguelike elements, where each outing will be randomly generated. Users will have to wander around the locations where the monsters live and look for useful items such as food, water or weapons. It is also necessary to collect blood from defeated monsters, which is useful for the Magnolia Bonsai.

The protagonist is fascinated by plants, which forces him to take care of his home farm, which can bear fruit.
