Gatekeeper — the heart of the universe has been stolen by powerful forces. You must go to an unknown galaxy, find the heart and bring it back. But your mission is not so simple, the heart was hidden in a quantum cage, the keys to which are kept by the ancient Siren giants. Experience the unexpected thrill of this rogue-lite action. Multiple playable characters with unique abilities to suit your play style. Unlimited skill combinations. Gain experience to improve character skills and use the abilities of found artifacts.

Invite your friends to take on the role of defender of the universe and join you in this epic rogue-lite adventure. Complete all the challenges to protect the Totems and open the way to new locations. Find and claim over 100 collectibles. There are over a hundred different items, and each of these collectibles changes the gameplay and turns each playthrough into a unique adventure. Dozens of unique planets, enemies and bosses. Otherworldly and breathtaking locations with different enemies and bosses for you to explore, shoot and fight.

How to Install

  1. Download the game files through torrent.
  2. Unzip the game using WinRAR or 7zip.
  3. Start game «Gatekeeper.exe», Play!
  4. The language changes in the menu.

Launching Gatekeeper over the network in multiplayer:

  1. Download online fix for Gatekeeper (Steam Fix): Gatekeeper Multiplayer Fix Online-v1 [ 1.37 MB ]. Install in the game folder.
  2. Open Steam, log in to your account.
  3. Launch the game with the \Gatekeeper.exe file.

How to create a server:

  • Start a Run → Public → Wait for other players to connect.

How to Connect to the game:

  • Join → Log in to an available server.

Download update only: Gatekeeper.Update.v1.1.0.01-RUNE, MIRROR [ 911.5 MB ]

    Fixes:
    Omni Stones and artifacts on the ground sometimes didn’t appear on the minimap.
    Stones from Nidum’s meteorite were moving with him in certain situations.
    Artifact tooltips displayed incorrect values instead of MAX.
    The text for the Demon Speeding achievement has been corrected. It’s now officially +200%.
    When rerolling in the Forge, the artifact cost progress bar didn’t reset.
    A small adjustment to the environment in Delta to make moving around the location more convenient.

    Update v1.0.0.10:
    Fixes:
    Bastion did not receive a damage bonus against stunned enemies.
     
    Omni stones spent on excluding artifacts in the Emporium were returned after re-entering the game.
     
    The player’s HP bar did not update immediately after moving to a new location and could appear incomplete upon spawning.
     
    The triad description in the Emporium could get stuck on the edge of the screen even after closing the Emporium.
     
    In the Emporium, descriptions of triads that were not yet fully unlocked were still visible.
     
    Karma did not reflect damage against all enemies (the same applied to Triad of Reflection).
     
    Incorrect price for Purifier Core.
     
    (Needs confirmation) Arcanum's Bounty worked only once in the arena.
     
    Impossible to select an additional item granted by Manifold Key when using a gamepad.
     
    Tech Hunter’s grenade could remain in his hand.
     
    Invisible enemies were visible on the minimap.
     
    + Many additional bug fixes that did not significantly affect gameplay.
     
    Changes:
    More noticeable VFX when Fractal triggers.
     
    Added an effect on Omni statues if you have enough omni stones to purchase a skin.
