About The Game

Road to Vostok, in the game, players will have to keep track of a ton of medical stats such as fatigue, stress, bleeding and hypothermia, among others, during their travels, which will have an indirect effect on the main stats such as health, stamina, accuracy and others. The game features more than 20 such diseases in order to accurately simulate combat operations. As such, players will have to stock up on the necessary medicines and resources to try and survive all the late-game challenges that the East has to offer. There is also a character progression system, and collecting XP will level up the player, which will likely increase basic stats such as health and stamina.

The fact that all these promising concepts like Road to Vostok have one developer working on them is almost incredible. Of course, there are some less outstanding aspects of the game, such as sub-par visual quality, but this does very little to lessen the excitement that most fans will likely feel at this release. The actual development work is progressing at a good pace and the developer is regularly posting updates via development logs on social media, which gives us confidence that the developer will eventually see the project through to completion. While the game will not have multiplayer or co-op elements at launch, the developer has expressed intentions to add these elements through post-launch updates.
