About The Game

METAL SUITS Counter-attack is a story of personal revenge in a futuristic setting. In this action game, users control Kevin, the protagonist who has turned into a cyborg after a catastrophic loss. The action takes place in the future, when earthlings have moved to the Helios system, on nine different planets. A once-famous war hero, living in retirement with his canine companion Andy, finds his peaceful existence destroyed by an alien invasion from Golida. The catalyst for the events of the title is the destruction of the protagonist’s spaceship, which feeds Andy and causes him to suffer extensive physical injuries that require cyborg restoration.

The gameplay in METAL SUITS Counter-attack is based on side-scrolling, running and shooting mechanics. Users move through levels, clashing with enemy forces using open suits. They are necessary to participate in intense battles with alien invaders, which are described in the title. Each battle suit has unique characteristics that players can use during the game. Finding these outfits is an integral part of Kevin’s mission to exact bloody revenge on Golida, who is responsible for his suffering. The game emphasizes the acquisition of the suit as a core element of the gameplay loop, suggesting that strategic choice of suit will affect the gamer’s experience.
