About The Game

Astro Prospector is a project that combines the mechanics of an incremental game with the dynamics of a bullet-hell shooter. The player will have to wage a continuous fight against the power structure called SpaceCorp, which acts as the main antagonist. The main gameplay is built on performing a dual task: battles with enemy corporate fleets and at the same time methodically extracting cofferoids. Success depends on the pilot’s ability to maneuver in a dense stream of enemy shells to collect these materials. Each mission takes place under constant pressure from the corporation, creating conditions where combat and resource accumulation are inextricably linked for survival.

The extracted materials serve as currency for upgrading the ship between sorties. The gamer invests the collected resources in a series of improvements, systematically increasing the combat power, hull strength and other key characteristics of the vessel for future clashes. This gradual development is the central element of the Astro Prospector project, turning the ship from a simple collector into a tool ready to confront more serious threats. The long-term goal goes beyond survival and leads to a campaign to undermine the corporation’s monopoly on the substance AstroCoffee. The final goal is a rebellion aimed at returning the product to the population.
