About The Game

Shadow Labyrinth is a 2D platformer that offers a unique take on the familiar Pac-Man gameplay, combining elements of action, adventure, and Metroidvania-style exploration. As the protagonist, Swordsman No. 8, you awaken on an unfamiliar planet surrounded by the remnants of a long-forgotten intergalactic war. In this unfamiliar world, you are guided by a floating yellow orb named PUCK, who plays a crucial role in shaping your journey.

Your task in Shadow Labyrinth is to navigate this vast space, uncover its secrets, and survive the many dangers lurking in its shadows. The planet is teeming with dangerous creatures and evolved monsters that will test your combat abilities. Throughout your exploration, you will be presented with opportunities to upgrade your skills and abilities, allowing you to adapt to the changing environment. As you progress, you will be able to gain the upper hand over your enemies, evolving from prey to predator in a dynamic evolution of power.

The title encourages experimentation with different combat styles, each offering a different approach to overcoming growing threats. The deeper you delve into this alien setting, the more you learn about your true purpose and the mysterious role PUCK plays in your existence. Each discovery brings you closer to understanding why you were chosen and what secrets the planet holds. With each new discovery, the lines between predator and prey blur, and your understanding of survival takes on new meaning.
