About The Game

Hungry Meem tells the story of the daily lives of creatures living under the World Tree, where resources are rapidly running out. These creatures, called mimes, depend on the supplies they collect on the surface. The gamer must monitor the needs of the inhabitants and develop the territory, developing new areas to support the community in conditions of shortage.

In the Hungry Meem project, survival is achieved by distributing responsibilities and constantly monitoring supplies. Hunting, collecting food and growing plants help maintain balance. Mimes build shelters, organize storage facilities and send scouts to explore the surrounding area. Every action affects the stability of the entire colony, where even a small mistake can lead to serious consequences.

Difficulties mount: food becomes increasingly rare, and moving through the area is associated with dangers. The player must take into account the physical and psychological state of the characters, since stress and discontent can destroy intra-community ties. The decisions made directly affect behavior and prioritization in critical situations.
