About The Game

MeowGun Hell Denizen is an indie shooter starring Meow Meow, a half-demon cat hybrid who breaks free from demonic slavery to lead a rebellion against her evil overlords. Set in a dystopian world where humanity is on the brink of extinction, players guide Meow Meow through industrial complexes, cityscapes, and forgotten ruins in a variety of environments, including snowy Finland. The game features over 10 weapons with different firing modes, from automatic magnums to plasma rifles, and over 10 enemy types, from simple soldiers to cybernetic alien hunters and vile shamblers.

The combat is fast-paced and features a cutegore aesthetic, mixing violence with silly voiceovers and pop culture references. Players can discover secrets in the levels while saving animals and, potentially, humans. The package includes a Survival mode where endless waves of demons test your endurance, as well as local split-screen multiplayer that supports up to 4 players in co-op, deathmatch, and survival modes. Additional features include a Meowpedia glossary with detailed item descriptions, optional retro visuals with a 256-color palette, and gamepad support with auto-aim for playing with a controller.
