About The Game

In A Corgis Cozy Hike, the player controls a dog collecting Corgi Butt Power, a resource that allows him to climb surfaces and soar in the air above the island. The gameplay is non-linear: you can independently plot a route in the open world, look for treats for the collection, or communicate with local inhabitants. The central gameplay is based on helping the islanders in their difficulties, showing how the dog helps people escape from stress and live in the present.

The protagonist finds special places to relax around the world. The entire gameplay is designed as a short and peaceful adventure, and the key component of the project is a charitable mission: 10 percent of the income is transferred to animal shelters. The controlled dog in A Corgi's Cozy Hike can be fine-tuned in appearance. Different colors are available, including tricolor or blue merle, as well as a selection of accessories: hats, glasses and capes, which allows each gamer to create a unique and inimitable pet. Unusual social interactions are a big part of the experience. This game changes the usual pet-a-dog mechanics: here, NPCs come up to pet the corgis themselves. Moreover, the main character can interact with other dogs on the island through the boop mechanic, and the visual pixel filter Nostalgia Mode can be activated in the settings menu at any time.
