About The Game

LakeLady is a story-driven horror RPG in which Salvio, a doctor, returns to his hometown to investigate the disappearance of his daughter during a catastrophic flood. He infiltrates the mysterious Hongqiang Hospital, where the forbidden ward No. 9 and the constantly disappearing children hint at dark secrets connected to the disaster that occurred five years ago. The game features over ten characters with hidden motives, from paranoid colleagues to childhood friends, each holding crucial pieces of the unfolding mystery.

The game is set in 1990s southern China, with a nostalgic atmosphere conveyed through accurate details such as metal thermoses and public telephones. Supernatural elements are combined with realistic horror to create an authentic psychological experience rooted in traditional Chinese occult culture. LakeLady explores themes of loss, family ties, and hope, all while creating a grotesquely vivid atmosphere, heightened by a suspenseful musical shift.
