About The Game

HYKE Northern Lights takes place in a world devastated by a long-ago war between humans and witches. The protagonist, a young white-haired girl named Hike, sets out in search of her long-lost mother, responsible for the world's destruction. Following in her footsteps, Hike traverses shattered landscapes and enters an uncharted region known as the Forbidden Lands. This dangerous territory is guarded by a group of witches, the Meteos. An encounter with these guardians determines the heroine's fate, forcing her to confront the secrets of these lands and her own origins.

HYKE Northern Lights is built around a combination of exploration and relaxation. The gameplay is a top-down action game where players must confront threats in forbidden zones. The game offers seven controllable characters, each offering a unique experience and allowing for different strategies to overcome challenges. After these forays, the party returns to camp—a safe place to rest and prepare. Here, players can dismantle acquired equipment and set up camp. The cooking system allows them to create dishes that provide the group with buffs for the next stage.
