Your journey to earn the captain title takes you through procedurally generated star systems each with unique threats and opportunities. The deckbuilder system is deep but approachable. You can specialize in aggressive boarding tactics defensive shield management or diplomatic negotiation. Each run takes about 40 minutes making it perfect for short or long sessions.
The latest version adds a cooperative mode where two players combine their decks to face harder enemies. Strategy involves planning your deck before each sector and adapting to unexpected events.
