You manage a central dispatch, receiving calls from panicked citizens. Some are genuine, others are lures. You must analyze patterns, prioritize threats, and sometimes ignore a call to save a more critical area. The latest version adds a permadeath mode for your dispatchers, forcing you to promote rookies with lower stats when veterans break under pressure.

Strategy involves learning the behaviour of different entities, a creature that mimics voices, a fog that turns people violent, a silent stalker that only appears on thermal cameras.
