About The Game
RICO London — is a first person shooter published by Numskull Games and developed by the Ground Shatter team. The game is a sequel to the rather warmly received 2019 shooter called RICO. RICO London, as the name suggests, takes us on a journey to the capital of England. The game takes place on New Year’s Eve 1999, when most of the inhabitants of this metropolis took to the streets to greet the 21st century. The protagonist of the game is Police Inspector Redfern, who catches arms dealers red-handed at the foot of a skyscraper. Wanting to put an end to the crime in the bud, the unsupported protagonist must fight his way through the floors of the building and face numerous gangsters. At RICO London we see first-person action FPP.During the game, we explore the interior of a skyscraper, on each floor of which there are hordes of enemies. As in the first part of the series, when we enter a new room, time slows down and we have a short moment to understand the situation and effectively clear it of enemies. We learn about the style in which we suppressed the gangster from the comic messages that appear above him. The situation is a little complicated by the fact that on each floor we meet more and more powerful enemies.
However, as we progress, we also get stronger with special upgrades and perks; our combat potential is also increased by the arsenal we find along the way mostly taken from defeated enemies. RICO London can be played solo or in cooperative mode online or split screen. The graphic design of RICO London follows the comic book style known from the first installment of the series.
