About The Game
According to the plot of Dark Quest 2, one night the king arranged a holiday with the rest of the inhabitants of the castle, while the sorcerer and his army of trolls made their way through the underground tunnels. A surprise attack led to a massacre and the capture of the kingdom. Hearing the news in a nearby village, a squad of heroes decided to take up arms and storm the castle, hoping to overthrow the sorcerer from his ill-gotten throne. The game is divided into two main parts. The first is the central hub city, where the player can buy items, choose their starting character, recruit others later, and take care of some matters such as stockpiling health potions and the like.The second half is dungeons. The action is shown in isometric view. The first few outings will be solo, using a character that the player initially chooses. The starting group consists of a Barbarian, a Knight, an Archer, a Wizard and a Monk. Each hero of Dark Quest 2 has distinctive features. For example, the Archer has an ability that often allows you to attack enemies immediately upon entering a room, the Wizard can clone multiple copies of himself and throw magical projectiles at enemies from the other side of the room, and the Monk speaks a magic word and the chosen enemy simply falls dead. There is no random generation here each level places the player in certain combat scenarios.
The gamer needs to destroy all the enemies, save the survivors, find an object or a way to the exit in numerous labyrinths. The variety of dungeons is great, with many little surprises scattered throughout. If any stage proves to be too difficult, there is a chance to find a loophole by attracting the right character, activating a combination of equipment or drinking the right potions.
