About The Game

BLACKTAIL is a colorful yet dark action-adventure game based on Slavic mythology. Sixteen-year-old Yagi is forced to leave her native land, because in the village where she grew up, she is considered a witch because of her involvement in magic. Arm yourself with a bow and magic gauntlets and set off on a journey through the darkest corners of the forest. Come face to face with the ghosts of the past to find out what forgotten events of previous years influenced the formation of your personality and make an important decision on which the future of the magical forest depends. Look at the story of Baba Yaga from a different angle and write your own legend about a powerful sorceress. A deep and written script not only immerses players in Slavic folklore, but also allows them to influence events.

The gameplay is conditionally divided into two parts: exploring picturesque locations and fighting all sorts of creatures, from spirits to huge monsters. Explore well-developed territories, because hidden corners hide secrets and ancient treasures that will give you unprecedented power. Look for pieces of lore and find out not only the backstory of the game character, but the entire mythical universe. Master the skill of archery and skillfully combine it with magic tricks. Each monster is unique in its own way and will require a different approach, so get ready to experiment with skills, choosing the right combo based on your playstyle.
