About The Game

High Spirits is a role-playing project where users use potions, exorcise spirits and return memories. The gameplay includes recruiting companions and searching for ingredients for mixtures. The central staff turns into a variety of weapons depending on the potions drunk. Fights in the urban environment change as you progress. You can play the game alone or in cooperative mode.

The plot tells the story of Flanagan, who wakes up without memories next to a talking staff. Support will be provided by the characters of the Kicking Mule tavern, while Flanagan masters alchemy to defeat ghost bosses. In High Spirits, you will have to find components throughout the city to brew potions according to Mason’s recipe book. These compositions open access to new combat forms and elemental abilities; rapid use causes the effect of secret intoxication. Players explore Brinley, meeting characters represented by portrait art.

Decisions made during interactions shape future encounters and help discover the source of the lost souls. Finding Flanagan’s scattered friends unlocks them as companions for the single-player game. Attaching a controller opens up co-op play. Additionally, unlockable flashback quests reveal the settlement’s history, showing Maeve exploring the underground ruins.
