About The Game

Desperate Place is a space sci-fi tower defense game developed by BruceGalaxy that combines base building and strategy elements. Set in EC3040, you play as the commander of a colony ship forced to land on an unknown planet after an accident. Your job is to collect helium-3 to repair the ship while defending yourself from hostile alien creatures that are attracted to the fuel particles. The gameplay revolves around resource management, where you will strategically build mining stations, research centers, and various defensive structures, including artillery turrets, laser turrets, and missile launchers. As you are attacked by increasingly powerful enemies, you will have to adapt your defenses using barriers, traps, and even your character and robot companion to survive. The game features dynamic weather that can disrupt your defense plans, requiring constant strategic adjustments to overcome the challenges of this hostile world.
