About The Game
Jump Space is a cooperative action adventure game developed by Keepsake Games, where you and three friends control the crew of a spaceship. The game seamlessly combines ship control with on-the-fly exploration, allowing players to seamlessly transition from piloting the ship to spacewalks and exploring planetary surfaces without loading screens or interruptions.
Each mission features handcrafted scenarios with elements of randomization, ensuring no two play out the same way. Players must work together to upgrade and maintain their ship by harvesting resources, strengthening defenses, and adapting their vessel's capabilities to meet emerging challenges. The game places a strong emphasis on tactical cooperation, as crew members take on a variety of roles from piloting and engineering to exploration without rigid class restrictions.
Combat takes place both in space and on planetary surfaces, requiring teams to coordinate attacks, manage ship systems, and respond to emergencies such as fires or power grid failures. The core gameplay revolves around completing missions, managing and upgrading the ship, and surviving increasingly dangerous encounters through teamwork. While the game is designed for cooperative play, solo adventurers can tackle the challenges solo, though the experience is optimized for group coordination and communication.
