The Cold War turned hot. The Soviet tide rolls west. And your battered German and Danish divisions are all that stand between the Baltic and invasion. WARNO LANDJUT, a 2026 strategy simulation action indie DLC from Eugen Systems, plunges you into the desperate defense of the Jutland peninsula. You command a mixed force of Leopard tanks, M113 APCs, and territorial defense units against the elite armored formations of the Warsaw Pact. The terrain offers few natural obstacles, so you must create your own defenses, ambushing columns, holding bridges, and trading space for time until reinforcements arrive, if they ever do.

The latest version adds a new single player campaign with branching operations, where your performance in each battle determines which units survive to the next engagement. Strategy depth includes a deck building system that lets you customize your battalion before deployment, choosing between air defense, artillery, or engineering assets. Simulation realism extends to supply lines, with ammunition and fuel becoming critical concerns in prolonged engagements. Action is relentless, with the AI conducting combined arms assaults that require you to adapt your tactics in real time.
