Goblin Vyke The Thief Tycoon is a 2D side-scrolling adventure RPG that combines stealth heist elements with a shop management sim. You play as Vyke, a goblin who plunders dungeons by night and runs a black market shop by day, working his way up from a penniless debtor to a wealthy magnate. Dungeons emphasize stealth gameplay, where you use gadgets like Coin Bugs, Sleep Traps, and Smoke Mimics to outsmart your enemies, as direct combat is impossible for your weak goblin. You can develop different playstyles through a talent tree become a nimble, hook-wielding rogue, a cunning deceiver who feigns death, or an aggressive brute who stuns and throws enemies.

Inventory management is crucial, as backpack space is limited, forcing you to choose between saving items for survival or selling them for profit. The shop section features a dice-rolling minigame where you match numbers with sales pitches to manipulate customers into paying up to triple the base price without convincing them or incurring their wrath. As your business grows, you'll hire employees with unique traits, open franchises, and attract the attention of powerful factions, including the Demon Queen herself.
