About The Game
RoadOut asks a simple question. What if the road was the only law and you had to carve your name in blood and gasoline. This 2026 RPG hack and slash shooter open world action game from Rastrolabs Game Studio and DANGEN Entertainment puts you in control of a wanderer who must unite scattered settlements against a common enemy. The open world is a living ecosystem of rival gangs, mutant creatures, and environmental hazards. You can approach encounters with stealth, diplomacy, or overwhelming firepower. The latest version adds a companion system where you recruit other drifters, each with unique abilities like repairing your vehicle or providing covering fire.
RPG depth includes a morality system that affects which factions help you and which endings become available. Hack and slash combat emphasizes positioning and timing, with special moves that change based on your equipped weapon type. Shooter mechanics include a bullet time meter that slows down combat when you chain kills. Open world features dynamic day night cycles that alter enemy behavior and resource availability.
