About The Game

Starminer is a hybrid of action and strategy, combining fleet management, resource mining, and space combat with fully simulated physics. You pilot massive 150,000-ton warships through asteroid fields in real time, maneuvering in the vacuum of space and maintaining a delicate balance between power, displacement, and material efficiency. The core gameplay revolves around mining asteroids for valuable materials, which you can either sell for a profit or reinvest in expanding your custom-designed mercenary fleet. Each ship and station is built module by module, allowing you to decide whether to field swarms of maneuverable small vessels or go for colossal, weapon laden battle stations.

You'll complete missions for the highest-paying clients in the sector, while researching new modules and constructing gateways to access resource rich regions of uncharted space. Strategic depth extends beyond economics your mining and construction generate a heat signature that attracts alien attention once it reaches a critical level. When this happens, you'll need to defend everything you've built with custom-designed defense systems and warships. Developed by CoolAndGoodGames, Starminer combines RPG progression with a simulation and indie atmosphere, creating a complex space sandbox where greed and expansion come with increasing risks.
