For the People — is a game that combines elements of simulation, strategy and visual novel. The game, in which we can test ourselves as a representative of a totalitarian regime, a newcomer to the mayor of a small town, was developed by the independent Russian team Brezg Studio. For the People takes us to an industrial city called Iron-1. As newly appointed Mayor Francis River, we must face the challenges this place is facing at the forefront of a deepening social crisis and huge economic deficits. Although we will not be able to help everyone in need, we must make an effort to fulfill our duty and improve the quality of life of residents or, conversely, take care only of our interests and try at all costs so as not to disappoint the party behind us, whatever it did not cost the citizens.

It depends on our actions which of the five ends of the game we will see. In game For the People, the action is observed in a first-person perspective (FPP). During the game, we sit down at the mayor’s table and resolve issues related to the functioning of individual regions of Iron-1. Since we have very limited resources, we must make the right choices, which makes it easy to obtain additional information that often sheds new light on a subject. As we progress, we not only observe the consequences of our activities and face their consequences, but also find allies and sink deeper and deeper into various political intrigues.
