Astalon Tears of the Earth — is LABSworks love letter to 80s games, but what may seem like a simple action platformer contains a few surprises. Three explorers roam the post-apocalyptic desert to find a way to save people in their village. A dark twisted tower has been pushed from the depths of the Earth but does it contain the answers they seek. Use unique skills and three different characters to explore the evil tower. Defeat horrible monsters, find powerful items and solve puzzles, reaching new heights in the tower with every attempt. Strengthen your group and change the rules by accepting death and uncover the countless secrets of the world of Astalon.
Astalon Tears of the Earth — is stylized as a project in the spirit of the 80s. The 8-bit graphic style is used. However, modern mechanics will appear in the game. Several characters will be available and a set of separate skills is attached for each. In the game, you can also find artifacts that enhance the heroes, and you have to solve logic puzzles. To save progress, the developers suggest using special bonfires, where you can also change the character. There are 3 heroes to choose from a warrior, an archer and a wizard.
In the story, the trio is trying to save their village and in their wanderings through the desert stumbles upon a dark tower. They believe that the key to salvation is stored in her. To succeed and obtain it, one of them enters into a contract with the Death Titan. As a result of the deal, the entire group gets the opportunity to reincarnate after each death, until they complete their mission.
