Dream Cycle — is an action-adventure game developed by Cathuria Games and published by Raw Fury. The project, which is a gaming service, was overseen by Toby Gard, one of the fathers of the Tomb Raider series. Dream Cycle was based on the writings of Howard Phillips Lovecraft. The main character of the game is Morgan Carter, a young adherent of secret knowledge, whose spiritual essence was kidnapped by her uncle, the legendary Randolph Carter. Imprisoned in the Land of Dreams, the protagonist sets out on the trail of his relative to restore her strength and restore balance on earth, as well as prevent Randolph from fulfilling his plan to become a god.

In the Dream Cycle, we observe the action from the perspective of the third TPP or first FPP person. The game gives us a vast territory made up of countless procedurally generated levels. Each of them is a separate sandbox through which we move on foot, by air or using teleports. New places where new adventures await us are added by the developers in regular updates. Wandering in different locations, we carry out the tasks assigned to us, gradually learning more and more about the presented world.

We are hindered by opponents whom we can destroy in open combat, using white and firearms, or using magic. In addition, nothing prevents you from calmly fighting opponents, sneaking behind them and attacking by surprise. As we progress, we gain new skills, increasing the combat potential of the character and customizing him to individual preferences. Dream Cycle has colorful graphics made in the cel-shading technique. The game’s soundtrack was written by Nathan McCree, who has a portfolio of soundtracks for the first Tomb Raiders game.
