The project's visual style combines a charming yet repulsive aesthetic, emphasizing the unusual setting. Mistakes in the kitchen result in waste on the conveyor belt, angering impatient customers and reducing the bottom line.

To satisfy the demands of such a diverse clientele, Goblin Sushi features an upgrade system. Successfully completing levels unlocks random upgrades and new recipes, allowing you to optimize restaurant operations. The gameplay is constantly challenging, forcing you to manage resources and time effectively to avoid bankruptcy. You can upgrade equipment, for example, by installing a turbocharger for your rice cooker, or expand your menu with powerful roll combinations. The ultimate goal is to transform your humble eatery into a thriving business, despite financial difficulties and the whims of your customers.
