Cult of the Lamb — is a roguelike game developed by the independent studio Massive Monster, which is also responsible for such projects as Never Give Up or The Adventure Pals. In this game, players have the opportunity to play as the titular lamb rescued from execution by a mysterious demonic stranger. The protagonist is endowed with a powerful force, thanks to which he not only confronts his enemies, but also wins the recognition of the rest of the inhabitants of his world. However, this power was not given to him for free.

To pay off the debt, the protagonist becomes the head of a newly founded cult. His goal is not only to spread information and acquire new followers, but also to eliminate other sects led by false prophets. In search of new followers, the main character sometimes goes to a huge world created on the basis of a randomly generated map and consisting of 5 mysterious regions filled with treasures, secrets and various opponents. It is not only the wilderness that is dangerous, but also other cults led by rival prophets. By fighting against hordes of opponents and destroying the leaders of other sects, you can absorb their power. In the Cult of the Lamb, it is also important to strengthen the faith of your flock through preaching, as well as to look after the satisfaction of the revered deity by performing dark rituals and erecting new buildings created from resources gathered during the journey.
