About The Game

Noble Fates — is inspired by the depth and fun of Rimworld and the brutal clash of ambition, intrigue and violence from Game of Thrones. The hint of a deep colony and human management simulator suggests that this is a developer with a taste for system story generation. Noble Fates seems to be a bit like Rimworld too, giving you control over several outcasts from a procedurally created neighboring kingdom, one of which you choose to rule over your empty new lands. Then you start building things hunting, farming, and building fortifications.

So if at some point you execute someone’s mother for stealing an egg, save someone in battle, or force them to eat the flesh of your good friend due to medieval spells, expect rumors to spread about what kind of ruler you are. Interestingly, you can switch between a top-down, RTS-style perspective as you build, plant, and rule your kingdom in a third-person over-your-shoulder perspective as you hunt or fend off invaders. At first glance, its awkward marshmallow art style seemingly positions Noble Fates as an even more graphical and accessible offshoot of Dwarf Fortress and its grandson Rimworld.
