Hostile Takeover is a game that is unique in its essence, a mixture of tactical turn-based roguelike and strategy. The game takes place in an unusual world of the future, made in the style of cyberpunk. Here, corporations are constantly fighting each other for power and strength, wealth and resources, and you will have to become one of the main weapons in this war. Lead a group of mercenaries who are given tasks by a mysterious employer to create problems in the work of corporations, start completing tasks, immerse yourself in a series of epic battles, and do everything possible to ensure that your soldiers survive, no matter what.

You will have several squad members at your disposal, and with them you will have to immerse yourself in a series of tasks with battles. But each battle here will be unique, and each can be the last for you and your squad. To prevent this from happening, you will have to use cards, augmentations, various improvements and much more in battles. You will have several fighters at your disposal, and each of them will be unique in its own way. For example, a ninja can only attack with melee weapons, while another soldier can place shields around him, use heavy weapons, and more. But along the way, as you progress through the game, you can also pump each individual fighter without exception. For example, you can always buy cybernetic upgrades that will allow you to add cards with abilities that can be used in battles. And in Hostile Takeover you will find a huge number of unique events, various additional tasks, a well-thought-out card system consisting of dozens of cards, and more.
